SHIPPING + UPGRADES

We post domestic orders via 1st Class post and international orders via Tracked Airmail unless otherwise agreed upon. We have no responsibility in regards to international customs. Buying from GLITZ GIRLS means you have read the policies of our store and accept the terms & conditions; please message us prior to purchase if there is anything you do not understand.

PROCESSING TIMES

The time we need to hand-make and prepare specific items for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
General processing time 2 - 3 Weeks​​

CANCELLATIONS | RETURNS

We gladly accept cancellations.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. In some cases, we may still be able to cancel your order after 24 hours if your order hasn't entered the production stage.

RETURN SERVICE
​
We handle returns on a case by case basis, please contact us if there is any issue with your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns after a 72 hour period of your order been marked as delivered by the shipping provider.

We apologies if this seems drastic but this is to combat the recent trend of BUY to RENT where customers use the item for an event then attempt to return used goods for a full refund. Due to the nature of our product for this reason we do our best to uphold this policy.
